WHEN: October 27th – 30th
OPEN TO: Everyone [With a Closed Section for Diana & Claire]
WARNINGS: N/A

October 27th - 30th | Faded [CLOSED]

It flickered like one of the neon lights outside of Pandemonium. It was purple and marked in both Japanese and English. It was odd. Clary couldn't read the Japanese lettering but she knew it. She had spent a lot of time researching western culture for art projects in school. She had never thought that it would have helped her now. The riddle was a strange one but not completely unfamiliar. Clary searched her brain for the answer before realizing that it was simple and it was leading her somewhere.

She knew that she shouldn't rush off on her own but she had another complication. She was invisible...

It had started earlier than morning when she managed to be out of phase with the wall. It was like an episode of the Twilight Zone but worse because it was real and happening to her. She reminded herself not to freak out, to think like a shadow hunter but it wasn't getting better. She screamed and yelled but she couldn't be heard. So she had a choice, go back to the in and repeat that situation. Or, follow the clue and see what the fuck was going on.

When she arrived at the next clue she found that someone was already there. Most likely someone else who couldn't see her. Except that this person was staring at the lettering on the ground, half in English and half in Japanese.

"Wait? Can you see that or me?" She asked as disbelief colored the tone of her voice. Little did she know that someone else was following close behind them.

October 30th | No Longer Faded [OPEN]

They were finally free.

Clary ran from pod. More accurately she swam back through the cavern and then ran but she was ecstatic and she had to test to make sure that this was real. That people could see her. She made her way to the inn and burst in. She spotted the nearest person to the door and took long strides over to them. Clary was hesitant to touch another person but she had to make sure.

She was soaked from head to toe and wearing the sweatpants and tank top that she usually slept in.

"Can you see me?! Touch me?"

It wasn't as weird as it sounded. For the last three days she had been wandering around and no one had been responding to her. Now she was herself again and she had to check. Not to mention that she had to tell people about the pod, the tests and the possible small army that their overseers were trying to form. This was definitely the Twilight Zone and just as fucked up.

Once again, Claire Temple could say she'd been through some weird stuff, but becoming completely invisible.. that was fairly new. She was used to being invisible on a metaphorical level, not literally.

This place just kept on dishing it out, didn't it?

Feeling like she was pretty much on her own, Claire was under the assumption that she would probably have to wait it out because there wasn't any believing she was going to be like this indefinitely. Especially after finding the first hint that was pretty easy given her friendship with Danny and Colleen.

But it was still frustrating as hell to be doing this on her own so soon after arriving.

After some time, she found another clue but this one wasn't as easy as the first. Only Claire found out just then that she wasn't as alone as she thought she was.

"Thank God.. yeah I can definitely see you." Claire replied, glancing up before pointing downwards at the lettering. "I think this is supposed to help us get seen again. You seen anything like this in your travels?"

Looking up again, Claire's eyes moved past the woman who had just got there and settled on the other woman approaching.

Diana had lived long enough that she had seen some very odd things and experienced some very odd things. But finding herself out of phase and invisible? Well that just topped it all.

At first she had been mad but then she had just sighed. It might not have been so bad being invisible to those around her, but she was also invisible to Steve and she just couldn't have that. And so she worked on figuring out how to make herself visible again.

It didn't take her long to find the first clue - speaking hundreds of languages had allowed her to figure it out pretty easily. That clue had lead her to what she assumed would be a second one. Her eyes widened when she came upon two women and she smiled hearing the You can see me question.

"I can... I had thought I was the only one." Her eyebrows furrowed a little as she looked around. "Any idea what is going on?"

As the saying went, there were strength in numbers and hearing the third voice made things a whole lot better than they were moments before. Well, here was hoping. There was no telling what might happen if they passed or failed whatever test this was.

Claire turned towards the woman approaching and shook her head, gesturing the general confusion that she shared with the two women. Kneeling down, she took a closer look as well and squinted in concentration.

"Has anything happened like this before? I mean maybe not exactly like this but close to?" Claire asked. It was a good question and might make more sense on where these clues are leading them.
