Emma stared at him for a moment longer before giving him a small smile, a smile reserved only for him. Her hands were shaking just a little bit, her stomach doing this nervous little flippy thing that it always did when she really truly didn't understand something.

She opened the box, and stared at the ring in wonder. Her eyes going from Killian to the ring and back again. She didn't understand, well she did, but she didn't let herself use that part of her brain that often.
