WHO: Margaery Tyrell
WHERE: The Fountain
WHEN: July 21st
OPEN TO: All
WARNINGS: N/A
STATUS: Open

There had been green before her eyes and the rumble of the ground beneath her feet. A sudden roar and then it all disappeared, replaced by the sound of splashing and swirling water before her eyes. Margaery sputtered, liquid filling her eyes, nose and mouth, pulling her down into the depths as she struggled to understand what was happening and where she was.

Pressure grew in her chest, reminding her that she didn't have time to rest in a delirium. She needed air and needed to fight to the surface for it. Kicking and struggling, she swam fiercely, channeling all of her confusion and fear into her movements. It wasn't long before the light she chased was in reach and the surface surrounded her. She took a sharp ragged breath, scanning around her environment, on edge and waiting for more danger. Her limbs trembled, shock deeply rooted in her.

Slowly, she pulled herself from the fountain (was a fountain really so deep?) and fell against the ground. Her chest rose and fell rapidly, her heartbeat returning to normal. She sputtered, spitting out the excess water that had found itself into her mouth.

That was done. She had survived, but where had she landed? What place was this and what waited for her? What nightmare had she woken to?

Thorfinn had no answers for anyone on anything. These thoughts hadn't crossed his mind yet, his concern was winter would come soon enough and no one was ready. Being born in as cold of a place as Iceland, he was terrified for winter coming.

Her words went to quickly and his eyes widened in confusion but he caught some of it. Enough. "Answers.... no." He spoke hoping it made enough sense. He really had no down pat, it was everything thing else he was having issues with. He offered a weak smile. "Inn." He pointed towards the center of the village. "People go." Maybe answers were there.

He nodded in an understanding way. Her words were simple enough and he was very good at reading body language. He had always been kind of a quiet kind of guy so he had taken to reading people at a younger age, to both sense their motives and see if they were lying and to keep from having to make himself be noticed to much. His warriors tale was filled with different kinds of combat some were mental like staring people down from across a great hall before stalking outside to end that life. They were all skills he had picked up, all skills that came in useful in his life even though he was tired of murder.

He nodded to show he understood. He didn't really know anything else to say, which was a downside to his quiet nature he wasn't always the best at conversation like most Norsemen were expected to be. "Al..right." He pieced the word together he heard Jo use when she was agreeing and letting him go about his tasks. "Need help, Inn." He pieced the words together offering her a light smile. Clearly about to head off and leave her to her devices, the woman deserved to have some peace of mind and it was a bit rude to intrude her space.

He nodded in return tipping his head as a silent way of saying goodbye, turning to lift the bag he had left by his feet and moved to head off towards the village. Back to Jo's house.
