The north barn is coming around quite nicely, if those working on it had any say in it. Not that they have a choice in it, what with all the creatures Bobo's roommates have been collecting. It was arrange a home for them, or watch the weather get them.
The interior has been well sectioned off, with a pen for the growing chicks in one corner, stalls for both kirins and a groffle calf that snuffled and lowed as it tried to get the attention of the newcomer, and two goat kids bouncing about in a shared pen. Outside the barn someone has started splitting logs for a pen, so they would have a place to turn them out when the weather got nicer.
After a moment the figure of another filled the doorway, changing the light within as Bobo clears his throat.
"All we ask is you not kill them for dinner. They're not butcher stock. Though I should start keeping animals for butchering. Start preparing for next winter."
