Rinoa doesn't point out that Yuffie won't know because he may not even be gone there. Because he already knows that, they all do. She understands that he wants to be there, for her and for him. She listens to his explanation of what he thinks the people watching them are after, and nods slowly in agreement as she does. It makes a lot of sense.
