"But I thought dinosaurs were sort of close to the dragons you mentioned at New Year's (and come on, who hasn't had to run away from a dinosaur once or twice, right?), while it's hard to imagine even magic being able to hold back a tide, even if it doesn't have to interact with science to do it."
