[He can be found most places around the village, because it's not in his nature to stay still for long; when he does rest, he'll mainly be found perched on the porch of house #9, where he lives, perhaps reading one of the books from the new library. He visits the library frequently, in fact, collecting whatever books he thinks might contain useful information to borrow and read.
