A bridge over troubled waters [Event Log]
WHO: Margaery Tyrell and Emma Swan
WHERE: Fresh water spring
WHEN: 09/11
OPEN TO: None
WARNINGS: N/A
STATUS: Closed
The rotten egg smell had become a bit too much to take. Between the damage caused by the earthquake, the fact that their water had become disgusting (in terms of smell and quality) and the lingering trauma from the quake, staying in the village had become a bit too unbearable. Normally in her day, Margaery would explore the woods, gathering fruit and mushrooms for the others. However, since the earthquake, she could hardly bring herself to focus or think of anything but the memories the tremors induced.
There was only one thing that she could think of and that was to flee. The woods were safe and comforting (something that she'd never thought she'd believe). Grabbing her jacket, she darted towards the forest, intent on losing herself among the greenery.
After several minutes of exploring, the silence was disturbed by the sound of another. Margaery turned, facing the source of the heavy footfalls and sound of brush breaking. With a measure of relief, she saw Emma. While the two had never spoken before, she was a face that Margaery recognized.
"Did you come to walk as well?"
