"I haven't any real experience with farming, hunting or repairs. Everything I am attempting to learn, I have so far been forced to do without many of the proper tools. It puts us at a disadvantage in terms of survival. As it is, we are already relying on the things they gave us. The inn, these houses, the water mill, the gifts that many received. What is the harm in using these tools? What made this the line in the sand?"

She frowned, "If others have a moral objection to them, they have a right not to use the tools. Those of us who truly need them should. Certainly there is no harm in that? Everyone's sensibilities can at least be partially preserved."
