Peggy's gaze firmly lingers on his hand for a pointed moment, not saying anything as she feels like this look ought to be perfectly for him to get her meaning and to take the warning with it. "I remember," she assures Neil, though she's luckily had a few years in between to remind herself what it's like having it on a regular basis. "I lived on whatever cold coffee I could manage to get out of my Colonel's meals," she admits.

"I think he caught on that his cup was always half empty, though he never said anything," she says, thinking that Philips let her get away with a great deal.
