Hawke misses Bethany. A part of her would give anything to see her sister again. But she can't exactly say that she wouldn't want Bethany here because Astrid is dead. That's too brutal, too much reality for a woman who spends her life running from feelings and emotions, trying not to face them. Instead, she pushes them aside, like always.
