Well, it wouldn't be the first time Sonny dealt with someone running head first into a stupid situation without thinking about the consequences. Not when he has three rebellious, rambunctious sisters, and a recovering gambling addict for a best friend. On the bright side, he's normally around to rein them in and be somewhat of the voice of reason, so that's something he's at least used to.
Occasionally, in certain situations, he has to be reined in himself. But he's kept a steady head so far, and he intends to continue doing so.
He and Sam slip out as soon as it's safe. Easy enough to do once Graves's attention is dragged to somebody else putting in their two cents. Outside, Kira's waiting for them, and Sonny's mildly surprised to see he didn't take off on his own when it took a moment for them to step outside into the darkness.
"We should grab a flashlight," he reasons, casting a glance up at the moon. It'll provide some light, but likely not enough once they're in the cover of the woods. "Or a torch."
