"He trusts her." Graves says simply, but doesn't add a name to it -- the name is irrelevant. If nothing else, Tina is the only one who can get to him, the only one he will let close, and Graves knows that it's personal for Tina, that she will make sure he's safe. "She was the only one who helped him when no one else did."
