"Yeah. People come and go from here," Jean explained. "There's been a few people from my world to come through the fountain since I got here? So maybe some of your friends and family will come too. You never know."

It was hopeful, yes, but Jean had experienced that herself and could speak to it with evidence - that was a strong thing to give someone who had just gone through the turmoil of coming here, at least in Jean's opinion.
