Cougar bends his arm after he's done staggering back, twisting it until it'll be painful so he can shove his knee at the back of Tim's knees to get him down, moving behind him and keeping a step back to make sure he doesn't get any other part of him hit. Sighing, he glances around to look for something he can use to tie up Tim.

Seeing nothing, he decides on another tactic, crawling on top of Tim and sitting on him, including his hands, giving him a look of warning. "You try three, parts are going to come off," he says. "I'm trying to help you."
