Every time he posed what he thought was a banal enough question, Raven found a way to answer without really answering or turn the question around. Dare he point out the only place she was leading them was in circles?

Tempting. But considering they were about to spend the majority of the day in each other's company, he decided it was better to drop it.

Jess returned the look with another questioning one of his own. "As much as I like a round of trivia, what I know won't help figure out where you were living--I wasn't there. You'd have to tell me that. When we get back, we can put together a star map of what you remember. That'll give us something to go on."

It was something to think about, anyway, if she was interested.
