He jumps at the sound, but for once the voice is one he can place and isn't alarmed by. Not that he ever got much sense that he knew Kira, but at least there's a touch of familiarity to cut his fear. It's not a reaction like Jyn's, but that's because Jyn and Bodhi have very different responses to being terrified and confused. It's not that he can't choose fight over flight, but he needs a reason, and he has no idea what reason that would be in the here and now.

It takes him a long moment to really parse the question.
