Peggy wishes that she had the exact same situation. She wishes that the water was all outside instead of inside, but it seems that the home she's picked has a rather precarious flooding situation that she can't quite control.

"If you have a spare room, I might decide to borrow it," she jokes with as warm a smile as she can muster. "I feel like this is a test of my patience." That, or her devotion to hard work in order to repair the situation.
