"I don't know that I'm an experienced man either. I've only loved one woman and she's made it next to impossible to love her every step of the way," Jon said. He laughed softly; that was meant in the fondest terms possible, really, because he loved Ygritte more than anything or anyone. She still didn't make it easy to express that sentiment.

"Her people are very concerned with freedom and independence. Part of being in love and having a lover means being dependent on someone. I think that might be why she resists sometimes."
