"Before, when I was in the Night's Watch and later when the lords of the North named me king, they all sort of voted on it. It wasn't something that I just decided myself, to lead them. I showed them I could, of course, but then they chose me themselves based on what I'd shown them. I'm always going to step up, title or no title. It's just who I am."
