You know who's basically always down for sparring? This guy here. He spends a lot of time in the dojo since offering to help Nida by teaching hand-to-hand combat to anyone with an interest, and even if Jason doesn't have a routine of hunting down criminals here in the village, it's nice to stay active. It feels normal, and it's grounding, and it makes Jason feel ... not exactly good, but better than sitting around reading yet another instruction manual.
