It’s not a surprise to her that there’s someone else in the dojo when Cissie enters. She’s certainly seen Nida around, even if they haven’t actually had a chance to technically meet yet. She enters and stops to watch his tumbling pass. He’s good, and it’s been a while since she’s really had a chance to watch someone else do these kinds of acrobatics. When he finishes, she claps for him. It’s a sincere appplause, not mocking in any way, which is probably evident by the way she’s grinning.
“That was awesome,” she says sincerely. “You’re really good at that. Do you compete?”
