Sam grinned. Half the fun of working in the group kitchen was working together. He wasn't about to turn down an offer to help and it would make the process go by faster. "Sure," he replied, gesturing at an open work space nearby. The station was set to roll the fritters in egg batter and the herb/root mixture to coat it. "I'll take care of frying if you want to start getting the fritters prepared," he said. He already had all the bowls set up, so it wouldn't be too difficult to just roll the fritters in the egg and herb mixture to coat it and ready it for the frying part.
