"Come here," North says, gesturing for Seifer to follow him back toward the kitchen, and once in there he takes out a bowl and fills it with stew. It's not a small bowl but it's not so large that there is a chance that it will make Seifer sick as he searches.

Clearly this is a guy used to taking care of others. Especially stubborn, hot-headed fools.

"Sit down. Give your legs a short break, Seifer. If you have to, consider this me repaying you for pancakes."
