Vasquez has an idea, though. Maybe he didn't make anything, but he securely tucks away the case into his pocket and gives Faraday a light push, trying to nudge him out of Vasquez's lap and nodding to the seat as he gets up and stretches.

"In that case, I definitely do have a gift in mind," he says, taking off his hat to place it on the mantle before he stands tall, studying Faraday like he can't get enough of looking at him. "Sit, and relax."
