While Phryne certainly doesn't have the same perspective on climbing buildings as Jacob does (and perhaps for good reason, given their respective professions) she can definitely appreciate a desire to feel free. To have the space to do whatever one should happen to do, regardless of the reason behind that desire. Assuming that same desire isn't something that's directly harmful to other people, anyway. But given that doesn't seem to be much the case for anyone she's met in the village so far, she doesn't spend a great deal of time worrying about that particular possibility.

"As best I can recall, the going theory is that this isn't somewhere that we would be able to recognize. But I'll admit that I haven't spent very much time checking it out myself."

When the weather is more suited to her preferences, perhaps. Or if something should come up whereby she needs to know, to however much of a degree of certainty she can manage. But as that has yet to be the case, it mostly stands as something for her to consider for later.
