"You can say things like that, but it doesn't mean it's how he might feel. Fears aren't rational." Rinoa has them all the time herself. She never doubts Squall though. She knows he foolishly thinks that even if she were to go evil, he'd stay by her side. Not what she wants at all, mind you, but he is blind that way. But everyone else back home? She doesn't have the same faith, which doesn't say anything about them, only her own insecurities.
