"Let me guess- you're new? Grab a chair, grab a drink, I'll give you the usual spiel." He shifts Elton up onto his shoulders so he can sit up, shirtsleeves rolled to the elbows, wrists thin, arms well muscled from all the forgework. He leans forward and nods to the chair to his left, reaching to pour them both a cup of tea. "A few months now? But the people that have been here longest have stuck around for a little over two years. There's a history of the village in the town hall which is pretty useful for figuring out how bugshit this place is. I mean- some buildings get power, but there's no actual power grid. The pipes for plumbing and sewage don't lead anywhere but- there's bound to be a system. Just not one that we've found yet. Don't get me started on the Bunker."
