Neither is Seifer, really, but he does enjoy a good story and there were plenty of fantasy and science fiction ones out there to allow for some outlandish speculation. The truth, of course, was still entirely outside of his grasp. Honestly he wasn't even sure any of this was real and not just in their heads. "How's it work? I mean, how's it all connected. Where's the information stored? Surely it's not world-spanning cables right?"
