Malik just sighs, thinking for a moment on which part to address first. Traveling or knowing about the future, one leads in to the other but the way to do it isn't entirely clear.

"As you say, it is complicated. I know about the Animus, Desmond." He ends up sighing, rubbing a hand over his face. "We should go somewhere private to talk as I expect you have questions and the answers will take some time to give."

He gestures for Desmond to lead the way, he's not familiar enough with the village or surrounding area yet to know safe places to discuss such things.
