There's so much about being human that she has been utterly bullshitting since she's been here, but now that she's had a chance to calm down, to open up and actually admit that this is new and scary to her, she is feeling some relief in telling Eddie and Venom.
Still, she's glad they can do this in the privacy of the forest and not in the middle of the Inn.
