Anne chuckles, she's warmed by the wine, by the chance to just relax with people without planning some post-apocalyptic survival routine, and finds the question a little ironic.

"That's where I'm at with Dan. The ex - that was someone else." She's trying to be respectful to Eddie, since he also lives here now, but she still needs to work through it, work past the temptation to fall back into familiar habits. "I'm not one for long-distance relationships; as nice and as good as he may be, I can't share anything with him if he's not here." She smiles over at Peggy, but it's melancholy. She does miss Dan, this is not an easy decision, but Anne knows what she wants and it's someone who's going to be an active member in her life.
