Hawke glances back at Elektra with warmth but also slight questioning. "Wow you must know some really shit people." She smiles and winks. "Me and my mates, we give each other weapons as gifts all the time. Or we did." She feels like she has a very, very good gut for people. Outside of some notable exceptions. And if Elektra hasn't had a lot of kindness in her life, Hawke will just make up for it. She also has a weak spot for people overlooked or treated poorly by others. "So now you'll get the benefit, if I get any more."

Hawke watches her flip the dagger with all the grace and skill of herself and the others, which is impressive of course and she's terribly pleased to make another warrior friend. Elektra clearly is trained in the same or similar arts that she is. "Yeah, I know some groups who really skimp, but that's why everyone's waiting to trade their loyalties to a higher bidder. If you're going to be the best mercenary group in town, you'd better have all the cards and then some." She did move away from them, when she moved on, but she has respect still for them, if only a few regrets. "Did you work with a guild or someone else?"
