Naturally, all the dogs greet her like they haven't seen her in weeks, and it wakes Frank out of his doze on the sofa. Somehow, he'd fallen asleep with the coffee in his hand without ever spilling a drop. All her hollering gets him, though there's no fear like there was in the early days. He pries his eyes open, muscle memory placing his cup on the table next to Jessica's before he's even fully awake.
