Vasquez can't help his fond laugh, because that sounds so much like Faraday and he hates it as much as he loves it. He should be irritated at how much that stubborn, idiot man tickles his fancies and makes Vasquez feel like a boy again, but he does.

"He's really worried?" he asks, just one more time, because he's selfish and he wants to hear it. "What'd you tell him? Other than nothing, because I think a little, you like to see him upset."
