This morning, our intrepid villagers awoke to a surprise of the nicer kind: A bundle of clothing left at the foot of their bed, tied with a bow. There is also a note: Put on your new outfit and join the festivities in the corn field next to the inn.

You may be thinking, what corn field next to the inn? The one that sprung up fully-mature overnight, of course.

In the middle of the field, villagers will find an autumn feast: Tables piled with harvest time food and drink, warm and rustic decorations, the day's sunshine fending off any chill in the air.

Tuck in and enjoy, villagers, but take note: Things often look different in the dark, and you might be one of them.

"According to what I have been told, some god of the underworld. That nobody believes in anymore. Apparently, there were a whole people who dressed like this. Seems very impractical if you ask me. Haven't figured out who the other half of the pair is though."

[tevinteraltus]

"A god of the underworld," Dorian gives Bull another glance over, arching an eyebrow curiously. "An entire people who 'dressed' in swaths of cloth and naught else? And what is this about a pair?"

[ataashihunter]

"Yeah, I figured that would be a nightmare for you hm? No fancy clothes or ridiculous amounts of belts?" He slides his arm around Dorian, settling there gladly as he looks around the place. "Supposedly the costumes comes in pairs. So somewhere there is someone to match me."

[tevinteraltus]

"I simply fail to see much of a point to such attire, is all." There was no competition, no fun even. Really. What was the point? At first uneasy at Bull's touch, Dorian relaxes, aided by the amount of liquor he's imbibed. He smiles up to him.

"It shouldn't be too difficult to find, should it? This sort of thing doesn't seem to be common."

[ataashihunter]

"Are you saying you rather have this clothes on your floor?" Bull grins. He glances around. "What about Mark over there? I think he is supposed to be someone who matches this guy."

[tevinteraltus]

"Anything can match with the right attitude," and he doesn't follow the Bull's gaze to this 'Mark' person. "And perhaps I am."

[ataashihunter]

"That is true, anything can." Bull notes that Dorian doesn't look over and looks back down at the mage. "Been asking around. There is a machine down in the bunker that can give powers. Maybe it can give you your magic back."

[tevinteraltus]

He smiles at the effort. Really, he doesn't deserve you, Bull.

"I know, but they're temporary."

[ataashihunter]

"Yes but they are better than nothing. Heck, I'd go them down there with you."

[tevinteraltus]

That was...tempting, at least to have a look. He needing use it, right?

"You'd be willing to accompany of what is, most likely, a fool's errand?"

[ataashihunter]

"Sure. Might as well. And someone's better make sure your ass is ok." Bull chuckles.

[tevinteraltus]

He smiles up at the man. "And who better than someone who really likes hitting things?"

[ataashihunter]

"And likes your ass. Seems like a win win for me."

[ataashihunter]

He made a frustrated sound somewhere deep in his throat and shook his head, but if the slight smile teasing his lips was any indication, it was all out of fondness.

"Yes. For you."

[ataashihunter]

Bull laughs. "Oh I make sure you enjoy it too. Trust me."

[tevinteraltus]

"Be sure you do." And he did, trust the Bull that was, much to his surprise. Of all the people Dorian has ever trusted to never hurt him, he never expected to find that trust in a Qunari spy, former or otherwise.

"Sure. Might as well. And someone's better make sure your ass is ok." Bull chuckles.
