After a while coincidences piled on coincidences, and they stopped being happenstance. "The Tevinter Imperium used to hold sway over much of the land of Thedas. Though we no longer hold such claim, we do like to cling to our fancy names."

It seemed an odd sort of thing, sitting in an alien inn surrounded by strangers from supposedly multiple worlds, to sit about and discuss similarities...but perhaps it wasn't strange at all. If there was some sort of common thread that bound them, it may go some distance to explaining how they've come to be here, and better still: how to return.
