Bruce nods at Frank, so very glad that they all seem to be on the same page here. Bruce is someone who never takes lead on anything, he likes to be a support system. Even doing this much is stepping outside of his comfort zone. He really prefers when Steve and Tony take over, but that wasn't happening so far. "That's great to know. I agree. Honestly if we could start testing them out and getting experience now? It'll mean when we need the powers, it'll be easier. Imagine being in a bad situation and making it worse by not knowing what you're doing." The powers might be a hindrance in that situation. All good intentions aside.

He smiles at Kamala's enthusiasm, and doesn't get defensive or deny that powers scare him, because they definitely do. He's not ashamed. He has every reason to distrust himself. "Both of you will definitely be better at it than I am. And if we rope in a few others, we could get ahead of things." That's what he was hoping this would lead to, and Kamala's quick desire to volunteer is why he thought of her in the first place. "I assume you two know a lot more about the powers that we apparently have? I was wondering if we should actively setting those off to learn to control them now, if that's even possible." Bruce has no idea what his are and how to use them, but obviously he's skittish of things happening all of a sudden.
