"He enjoys laying in sunspots, climbing up to the highest point and ambushing people, and is known to wrap himself around you for warmth and then spit and fight back when it no longer suits him so... I'm not sure he's not," Jake admits, thinking about this carefully. "Wow."

Because seriously, he's never put thought into this before and yes, his world is spinning. It's needed though. He needs to know where he stands without hiding behind... hating cats. Or hiding that he really cares about one.
