Normally he didn't attend interviews so much as crash them and use his better judgement one way or the other RE a hiring choice. There's not much going on now by way of hiring but extra hands are useful and he'd probably need to sit down, outline who's helping him with what and actually name this business mess of his. Organization charts, ugh. He'd rather, and did, focus on the tools and toys in front of them that would need repairing. Or. Reworking.
