She had been waiting for him to return, having refused to go into that bunker and see what was inside. Having found the specimen room before, her nerves didn't like the idea of being in a confined space once more and seeing a number of things that she didn't understand but knew were foreboding. However, she had briefly considered following, if only for Logan. There was something about all of this that didn't seem to sit well with him, though she had no idea why.
