There's enough to worry about doing that I don't give myself time to consider the reality of both Major and Bucky being on this expedition until I'm huffing my way up the pathway and right into the middle of it. It's obvious even from a distance that a casual dick-measuring contest has commenced, because that's completely appropriate when people could be drowning in sci-fi medical tubes in the creepy bunker our neighbors found a few days back, after the three of us all almost drowned ourselves.
"Sorry I'm late," I say as I heft the bag on my back a little further up against my shoulders. "Owen doesn't really have the medical expertise to know what we might need, so I kind of grabbed everything."
I halt, glancing from one to the other. "I see you met. Great," I pant and then step pointedly between them on my way past. "We should walk. Ravi can catch up."
