"An idea that others have probably already considered," Bela said as she looked at the mill briefly. "You could reach out to people, see what they think about it."

She can only speak for herself really.

"Operating a mill isn't exactly in my area of expertise, but if there is anyway I can help with the process, do let me know." Bela could just as easily do nothing at all - that wouldn't be very neighbourly of her though.
