The whole thing makes her nervous. She can stand on the ground and watch easier than she can actually climb and she knows Jean-Luc is good at climbing and cautious besides. All the same, neither of them knows what might be lurking around at any moment, either on the ground or in the trees. And if they don't find their way back to either village, they could be stuck out here. Neither of them wants that.
