The only thing worse than being alone, in a strange place, with no shoes, would be waking up in a strange place with no shoes and someone annoying. Kira's relief is twofold when Mark's voice echoes back through the canopy. If he has to trudge through the wilderness with anyone, at least it's--the guy he's already done that with.
