Mary was getting colder and colder as she walked around. her search for her brother or Danny wasn't proving to be fruitful and she was getting more and more uncomfortable. Her clothes were drying but they still clung to her and her hair was still very much wet. She needed to change her clothes and she needed to warm up. Once she could do that, she could resume her search for her brother.

She changed her course towards the second village where her house was. There was a soft glimmer of hope inside of her that her brother would be waiting there for her. She was worried. Even though she wanted Steve to be sent back home, she was worried about being stuck in this place by herself. She would be fine if she was. Mary was resourceful. She didn't have Steve's training but she could figure things out on her own. But she wanted to know that her brother was okay and she didn't want him to worry about her. If he had been sent home with his memories of this place, he'd drive himself nuts trying to find her to bring her home.

The change in her scrub colours worried her too as did the band that was around her wrist. She had to wonder what it all meant. She would figure it out later but she hoped it didn't mean anything bad.

As she neared the second village, she heard footsteps behind her. She tensed slightly, although it likely wouldn't have been noticeable to anyone else considering how tense she was as she shivered to keep warm. She didn't have anything to defend herself with if she needed to. She moved to the side a little before glancing over her shoulder to see a man running in her direction. From a distance, she couldn't recognize him but as the man got closer, her face lit up in recognition.

Well as much as it could, anyways. Her brother was sporting long hair and a beard. It was hard to tell if it was really Steve under all of that hair but she was pretty confident that it was. She stopped walking as he got closer. "Steve? Is that you? Are you okay?"
