"Not yet," she admits, but that's due in part to the fact that she's also been avoiding a lot of people lately. "For all I know I'm the only one. Or other people have been affected but I just haven't run into them yet. It's hard to say. Whatever it is, I don't think it's affected the entire village or everyone would be having this issue."

The people she's spoken to so far, few though they are, haven't mentioned it. If they were infected like she is, a little poking and prodding would have brought that to light anyway. It's not like the Observers to make this sort of thing an isolated incident, but she's not seeing evidence that anyone else has been affected by it.
