Beverly is fairly grateful for Claire's easy acceptance of the near catastrophe. She remembers the other woman vaguely, enough to know her name and that they are colleagues, but they haven't gotten to any of the little details yet. Still, she knows the other woman is dedicated and well-trained, so she half-expects the concern that comes not long after. It's the same sort of concern Alyssa would offer and it makes Beverly miss her head nurse all over again.

She grips the nearest chair back, hoping to keep herself upright, and gives her head a shake. "I have a feeling I know what this is," she admits around the wave of nausea. "Do you mind--" Another pause as she fights back the sickness. She is really not willing to give the entire Inn the kind of show Jean-Luc got earlier in the week. "Do you mind coming over here for a second?"

It might be Claire, it might not be, but at least she'll start ruling people out this way.
