It is company she gets when Margaery finds her way over to the distrustful woman she met not long before she became sick. It wasn't a surprise to see her at the meeting and she seemed just as unapproachable as before, not that it ever made a difference to Margaery.

She hadn't received a letter either, but that didn't mean very much. Strange things like that always happened in this world. It was another game the Observers were playing with them. A game they had no idea of the outcome or the rules.
