Raising an eyebrow, he looked at his little sister with an amused air of disbelief. "Supervisor? That wouldn't have been my word of choice. Supervisor implies you know what you are doing to begin with."

Crossing his arms across his chest he shakes his head refusing to let her get to him. "It's not that bad if you think my clothes are likely cleaner than I am!" That may not have sounded as good out-loud as it did in his head but that's not the point. Really though he could use a shower and a shave, and his clothes could use a good washing - all far more than he's been doing but at least he has been doing something.

"There are houses. Lots of houses actually in various states of repair and some people just stay at the Inn." Steve had been hoping to find a way to get out of this place and hadn't wanted to become to settled in. Mary arriving though was about to change his all that. His priorities already shifting to include her in all his plans. At her last question his uncrosses his arms and steps in to give her a, hopefully, reassuring hug. "No. I'm sorry. But you're not alone and we'll figure out a way outta here."
